Whether you have questions about our cleaning options, need assistance with your online booking, or want to discuss your job, our team is ready to assist you.
Payment is due on the day of service. Coaststarr Green Clean may place a payment hold on your card the day prior to service. Late or declined payments may result in cancellation of future services. Outstanding balances may be referred to a debt collection service, with recovery costs passed on to the customer.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or lockouts will incur a full-service fee. If Coaststarr Green Clean must cancel within 24 hours, we will attempt to reschedule. If this is not possible, your next clean will be half price as a goodwill gesture.
If you are not happy with your service for whatever reason, simply contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning service, and we will send out a different crew to make sure everything looks spotless! A refund will not be considered if a re-clean is denied. Please note that if you are there during the time of the cleaning, a walkthrough should be done after the cleaning is finished. If you were there during the cleaning, the clean may be offered only as a courtesy.
By default, a mix of green and non-green products are used for our cleanings; however, you may request green products only at the time of booking. We aim to give the customer as many options as possible to perfectly customize our services to their needs!
We ask that our team to arrive in your appointment window. Cleaning homes can be unpredictable. On the occasion your cleaning professional is running late, we will call you to notify you and talk about options.
