Introduction

Welcome to Coaststarr Green Clean, a trusted residential cleaning service dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please notify us before your first service.

Service Commitment

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality cleaning services with professionalism and care. If you ever feel a task included in your booking was not completed to standard, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will arrange a re-clean of the affected area at no additional cost, scheduled at the earliest available time.

Our Service Model

Coaststarr Green Clean provides services based on cleaning packages rather than hourly rates. This model ensures consistency, efficiency, and predictable pricing tailored to your needs. Packages give you predictable pricing, allow our team to focus on results instead of the clock, and can be customized to suit different homes and requirements.

If our packages do not fit your needs, we can provide a customized quote. Services outside the original package or quote may require rebooking or additional charges.

Booking and Confirmation

Online booking requests do not guarantee an appointment. Our team will confirm your booking via phone or email. Packages assume the home has been thoroughly cleaned within the last four weeks. If not, a higher initial service fee may apply to bring your home up to a maintainable level. Regular service clients who lapse beyond four weeks between cleans may be charged an additional “catch-up clean” fee.

Payments and Billing

Payment is due on the day of service. Coaststarr Green Clean may place a payment hold on your card the day prior to service. Late or declined payments may result in cancellation of future services. 

Cancellations, Lockouts and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or lockouts will forfeit there 25% deposit service fee that is required to confirm appoitent. If Coaststarr Green Clean must cancel within 24 hours, we will attempt to reschedule. If this is not possible, your next clean will be 25% off as a goodwill gesture.

Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure your home is ready for cleaning, including clearing surfaces, securing valuables, and picking up personal items. Our cleaners focus on cleaning, not tidying. Unsafe or unsuitable conditions may result in service refusal, with a full-service fee charged. All pets must be secured during cleaning, and we do not handle pet waste.

Safety and Right to Refuse Service

For the health and safety of our staff, technicians will not clean biohazards, mold infestations, or extremely unsanitary conditions. Our team will not move heavy furniture, climb ladders, or lift unsafe loads. If a technician feels unsafe due to the environment, people, or animals, they may leave immediately, and the booking will be charged in full.

Cleaning Supplies and Equipment

We use eco-friendly products and professional equipment to deliver safe, effective cleaning. For hygiene reasons, we ask customers to provide a toilet brush for each bathroom. If you require specific products to be used, please inform us at booking. Coaststarr Green Clean is not responsible for results when using customer-provided products.

Service Technicians

All Coaststarr Green Clean staff undergo screening, training, and follow strict professional conduct standards. Any concerns must be reported directly to management within 24 hours. Customers agree not to publicly post damaging content about Coaststarr Green Clean or its staff; disputes must be resolved directly.

Breakage, Damage and Liability

We carry liability insurance and take precautions to avoid damage. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, unstable items, or unsecured valuables. Concerns regarding breakage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of service.

Refund and Satisfaction Policy

We do not provide refunds. Instead, we offer a re-clean guarantee if reported within 24 hours of service.

Intellectual Property and Non-Solicitation

Customers agree not to solicit Coaststarr Green Clean staff for private work. All branding, service packages, processes, and marketing materials are intellectual property of Coaststarr Green Clean. Copying or imitating these materials is strictly prohibited.

Promotions and Referrals

Customers who refer a new client to us will receive 50 percent off their next clean, up to $125, after the new client’s first completed service. Promotions and offers are subject to change at our discretion.

Holidays and Weather

Coaststarr Green Clean does not operate on public holidays or during the Christmas period. Services will resume at the next scheduled date. Customers agree to allow safe working conditions, including heating and cooling if needed.
